• Get Fit every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. - healthy chair exercise for everyone
• Bingo and Birthdays - Come celebrate with us on the first Wednesday of each month. Cupcakes are provided. Many great prizes to win!  A great time playing Bingo and we celebrate everyone's birthday during the month!  Hope we can celebrate yours.
• Blood Pressure Check - Richmond Lenox EMS Staff join us the last Wednesday of the month (barring emergencies) to check everyone's blood pressure. A very valuable procedure, keeping us informed on our health.
• Participants are encouraged to join us for lunch; you may bring a lunch from home or pay $5.00 for the lunch scheduled by the staff.
• Fitness Walk - You're welcome to utilize the Lenox Township Park blacktopped trail.
